200 RULES OF PRACTICE AND PROCEDURES
Pursuant to
2021, 91:168, 171, and 178, effective 7-1-21, and 2021, 91:185, effective
7-1-21, the Governing Board of Speech-Language Pathologists and the Board of
Hearing Care Providers effectively merged and was named the “Governing Board of
Speech-Language Pathologists and Hearing Care Providers”, as defined in RSA
326-F:1, III. All rules filed by the Governing Board of Speech-Language
Pathologists and Hearing Care Providers (Board) are numbered under the rule
title “Sphc” encompassing both speech language
pathologists under the former title “Spe” and hearing care providers under the
former title “Hcp.”

201 PRACTICE AND PROCEDURE AND WAIVER OF RULES
Sphc 201.01 Rules
of Practice and Procedure. The Plc 200 rules shall govern with
regards to:
(a) Adjudicatory
proceedings;
(b) Rulemaking submissions, considerations, and
dispositions of rulemaking petitions;
(c) Public comment
hearings;
(d) Declaratory rulings;
(e) Explanation of adopted rules;
(f) Voluntary surrender of licenses; and
(g) Waivers of
administrative rules.
