Pursuant to 2021, 91:168, 171, and 178, effective 7-1-21, and 2021, 91:185, effective 7-1-21, the Governing Board of Speech-Language Pathologists and the Board of Hearing Care Providers effectively merged and was named the “Governing Board of Speech-Language Pathologists and Hearing Care Providers”, as defined in RSA 326-F:1, III. All rules filed by the Governing Board of Speech-Language Pathologists and Hearing Care Providers (Board) are numbered under the rule title “Sphc” encompassing both speech language pathologists under the former title “Spe” and hearing care providers under the former title “Hcp.”
