CHAPTER Puc 1200 RESERVED

REVISION NOTE:

The Department of Energy (Department) adopted Chapter En 1200 titled “Uniform Administration of Utility Customer Relations” in Document #13986, effective 5-30-24.

The Public Utilities Commission (PUC) then adopted Document #14030, effective 7-25-24, including the adoption of the former Puc 1203.05 titled “Implementation of Rate Changes” as Part Puc 1606 titled “Implementation of Rate Changes” in Chapter Puc 1600 titled “Tariffs and Special Contracts.”

The PUC subsequently adopted Document #14362, effective 9-4-25, which repealed Chapter Puc 1200, titled “Uniform Administration of Utility Customer Relations”, through the expedited repeal process pursuant to RSA 541-A:14-a, and reserved the chapter number for Chapter Puc 1200. This means that Chapter En 1200 in Document #13986 and Part Puc 1606 in Document #14030 replace all prior filings affecting the former Chapter Puc 1200.
