CHAPTER Mhp 200 PRACTICE AND PROCEDURE

REVISION NOTE:

Document #14181, effective 2-20-25, repealed Part Mhp 201 through Part Mhp 214 in Chapter Mhp 200, titled “Practice and Procedures”. Document #14181 also adopted a new Part Mhp 201 titled “Rules of Practice and Procedure”, containing Mhp 201.01 titled “Rules of Practice and Procedure.”

Document #14181 replaces all prior filings affecting the rules in the former Chapter Mhp 200. The prior filings included the following documents:

As practice and procedure rules, the rules in Document #14181 will not expire except pursuant to RSA 541-A:17, II.

PART Mhp 201  PRACTICE AND PROCEDURES

Mhp 201.01  Rules of Practice and Procedure.  The Plc 200 rules shall govern with regards to all procedures for:

(a)  The receipt and investigation of misconduct complaints;

(b)  The conduct of adjudicatory and non-adjudicative proceedings;

(c)  Rulemaking submissions, considerations, and dispositions of rulemaking petitions;

(d)  Public comment hearings;

(e)  Declaratory rulings;

(f) Explanation of adopted rules;

(g)  Voluntary surrender of licenses; and

(h) Petitions for waiver of rules.
