420-J:22 Rate Schedule Established for Nonparticipating Ground Ambulance Providers. –
Beginning on January 1, 2026, nonparticipating ground ambulance providers shall be reimbursed by health carriers at the carrier's nonparticipating rate or at the Medicare rate that is current as of the date of service, whichever is higher.
