405-C:11 Service of Process Through Insurance Commissioner. –
Every joint self-insurance program governed by this chapter shall file with the commissioner a written stipulation, agreeing that legal process affecting the arrangement, served on the commissioner shall have the same effect as if served personally on the company within the state. Service of such process shall be made by leaving a copy of the process in the hands of the commissioner or in their office.
