2024, 17:1, effective January 1, 2027, amends the chapter heading to delete "and Dog".
284:35 False Entry. –
No person shall knowingly enter or cause to be entered for competition, or knowingly compete with, any horse under any other than its true name, or out of its proper class, for any purse, prize, premium, stake or sweepstakes offered to the winner of a contest of speed.
