STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seven
AN ACT making an appropriation to the Good Neighbor Health Clinic.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Appropriation; Good Neighbor Health Clinic. The sum of $50,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2007 and the sum of $50,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2008 are hereby appropriated to the department of health and human services, for the purposes of making a payment to the Good Neighbor Health Clinic in White River Junction, Vermont and Canaan, New Hampshire. The governor is authorized to draw a warrant for said sums out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.

HB 402-FN-A - FISCAL NOTE
AN ACT making an appropriation to the Good Neighbor Health Clinic.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The Office of Legislative Budget Assistant has determined this bill will increase state expenditures by $50,000 in FY 2007 and $50,000 in FY 2008. There will be no fiscal impact on state, county, and local revenue or county and local expenditures.
This bill appropriates $50,000 from the state general fund in FY 2007 and FY 2008 to the Department of Health and Human Service for the purposes of this act.
METHODOLOGY:
This bill appropriates $50,000 to the Department in FY 2007 and FY 2008 for the purposes of making a payment to the Good Neighbor Health Clinic in White River Junction, Vermont and Canaan, New Hampshire.
