AN ACT relative to a voluntary certification program for police dogs and handlers.

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Three
AN ACT relative to a voluntary certification program for police dogs and handlers.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
59:1 New Paragraph; Canine Certification. Amend RSA 188-F:26 by inserting after paragraph VIII-a the following new paragraph:
VIII-b. Establish and maintain a voluntary certification program for police canines and canine handlers.
59:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
