AN ACT relative to River Road and Nimble Hill Road in the town of Newington.

This bill reclassifies portions of River Road and Nimble Hill Road in the town of Newington as class V highways upon completion of reconstruction to be performed by the department of transportation.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Three
AN ACT relative to River Road and Nimble Hill Road in the town of Newington.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
113:1 River Road in the Town of Newington; Classification Changed to Class V. River Road in the town of Newington, beginning at the terminus of the Spaulding Turnpike northbound exit 4 off ramp and running northerly and westerly beneath the Spaulding Turnpike, and then southerly on a new alignment to a new intersection with Nimble Hill Road, a distance of approximately 3,500 feet, shall be reclassified as a class V highway, 60 days after completion of the reconstruction to be performed by the department of transportation.
113:2 Nimble Hill Road in the Town of Newington; Classification Changed to Class V. Nimble Hill Road in the town of Newington, beginning at the intersection with the Spaulding Turnpike and River Road and running westerly a distance of 1.52 miles to the intersection of Nimble Hill Road and McIntyre Road (Pease development authority), shall be reclassified as a class V highway, 60 days after completion of the reconstruction to be performed by the department of transportation.
113:3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
