AN ACT relative to Shaker Road and Bay Hill Road in the town of Northfield.

This bill reclassifies 1.61 miles of Shaker Road and 0.79 miles of Bay Hill Road in the town of Northfield as class V highways.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Three
AN ACT relative to Shaker Road and Bay Hill Road in the town of Northfield.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
19:1 Shaker Road in the Town of Northfield; Classification Changed to Class V. Shaker Road in the town of Northfield, beginning at the intersection with New Hampshire Route 140 and running southerly a distance of 1.61 miles, shall be reclassified as a class V highway. This project was completed under state aid for class I, II, and III highways. Costs were allocated according to RSA 235:15.
19:2 Bay Hill Road in the Town of Northfield; Classification Changed to Class V. Bay Hill Road in the town of Northfield, beginning at the intersection with Shedd Road and running easterly a distance of 0.79 miles to the Class V portion of Bay Hill Road, shall be reclassified as a class V highway. This project was completed under state aid for class I, II, and III highways. Costs were allocated according to RSA 235:15.
19:3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
