AN ACT relative to the city of Manchester school district.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Three
AN ACT relative to the city of Manchester school district.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
130:1 Manchester School Department. The city of Manchester, New Hampshire may incorporate the school district as a department of the city and the mayor shall have control over the form and procedures for preparation and adoption of the school department budget.
130:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
