STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Three
AN ACT relative to Westport Village Road in the town of Swanzey.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
89:1 Westport Village Road in the Town of Swanzey; Classification Changed to Class V. Westport Village Road in the town of Swanzey from Homestead Avenue to New Hampshire Route 10 shall be reclassified as a class V highway 60 days after completion of certain maintenance tasks such as resurfacing and drainage repairs to be performed by the department of transportation.
89:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
