HOUSE BILL 510
AN ACT relative to public inspection of fish and game information on landowner permissions for hunting.
This bill allows for the inspection of records of written permissions by landowners allowing access to land for the purpose of hunting.

AN ACT relative to public inspection of fish and game information on landowner permissions for hunting.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Section; Fish and Game; Public Right to Inspect. Amend RSA 207 by inserting after section 2-a the following new section:
207:2-b Public Right to Inspect. Any person shall have a right to inspect under RSA 91-A the records in the control of the fish and game department of written permissions of landowners authorizing access to the land for the purpose of hunting, as regulated by this title.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
