HB 63-FN - FISCAL NOTE
AN ACT exempting OHRVs used solely for ice fishing on public bodies of water from registration requirements.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The Fish and Game Department and Department of Resources and Economic Development have determined this bill will decrease state restricted revenues and expenditures by an indeterminable amount in FY 2003 and each year thereafter. There is no fiscal impact on county and local revenue or expenditures.
METHODOLOGY:
The Departments are unable to determine the fiscal impact because the number of OHRVs used solely for ice fishing activities and not for other recreational purposes is not known.
