SENATE BILL 370
AN ACT removing an exemption to a limitation on service by a trustee, director, or officer at more than one financial institution.
This bill removes an exemption from limitation on service for persons serving as a trustee, director, or officer at more than one financial institution.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Two
AN ACT removing an exemption to a limitation on service by a trustee, director, or officer at more than one financial institution.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
49:1 Repeal. RSA 384:5-a, II (a), relative to an exemption for persons serving as trustee, director, or senior executive at more than one financial institution as of July 1, 1971, is repealed.
49:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
