STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Two
AN ACT relative to participation in international lotteries.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
108:1 International Lotteries. Amend RSA 284:21-h, I(d) to read as follows:
(d) To participate in any international, national, or multistate pure lotteries [conducted in the United States].
108:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
