STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand One
AN ACT relative to personal school records of pupils.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Section; School Boards, Transportation and Instruction of Pupils; Use of Personal School Records of Pupils. Amend RSA 189 by inserting after section 27-b the following new section:
189:27-c Use of Personal School Records of Pupils. No person shall use personal school records of pupils or information obtained directly from personal school records of pupils for any advocacy or political purpose.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
