STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand One

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

191:1 Procedure for the 2001 Voter Checklist Verification; Reregistered Voters; 2001 Town Election. Amend 2000, 291:2, IV to read as follows:

IV. For the purpose of this section, a person shall be deemed reregistered and need not appear before the supervisors if the person voted during the year 2000 in the presidential primary election; the state primary election; the state general election; or in a municipal election; school district election; special election; or any municipal vote, including 1999 city general election or 2001 town election, in which the checklist was used.

191:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
