STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand One

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

24:1 The Kenneth J. MacDonald Memorial Sidewalk. The sidewalk located along New Hampshire route 28 in South Wolfeboro is hereby named the Kenneth J. MacDonald Memorial Sidewalk.

24:2 Signage. The cost of design, construction, maintenance, and installation of any signage, replacement signage, or other markers resulting from this act shall not be a charge to the state. However, the design, construction, and installation of any signage or other markers resulting from this act shall be approved by the department of transportation.

24:3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect January 1, 2002.
