STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand One

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

10:1 Severely Brain Injured Persons Added. Amend RSA 171-A:1-b, IV(a) to read as follows:

(a) Reviewing the allocation of funds to persons with severe developmental disabilities [classified as priority A or B] and to persons with acquired brain disorders.

10:2 Reports Required. The department of health and human services shall make regular reports to the developmental disabilities oversight committee, established by RSA 171-A:1-b, with regard to the status of individuals on the home and community-based care/acquired brain disorder waiting list, the projected needs of such individuals, and the cost of services for such individuals.

10:3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
