STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

99:1 Repeal. RSA 188-F:42 through 188-F:48, relative to the equipment challenge grant program, is repealed.

99:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
