STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand
AN ACT relative to administrative rules concerning sales of pari-mutuel pools.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Repeal. RSA 541-A:21, I(l), relative to the exemption from the administrative procedures act for rules on the sales of pari-mutuel pools, is repealed.
2 Application; Current Rules on Pari-mutuel Pools. Administrative rules adopted by the pari-mutuel commission under RSA 284:12, IV prior to the effective date of this act shall remain in effect until June 30, 2008 unless amended, readopted, readopted with amendments, or repealed pursuant to RSA 541-A before June 30, 2008.
3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
