STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand
AN ACT repealing the New Hampshire foundation for mental health.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
80:1 Repeal. RSA 135-D, relative to the New Hampshire foundation for mental health, is repealed.
80:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
