STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand
AN ACT requiring advertisements and postings of meals and rooms prices to include the amount of meals and rooms tax in each price displayed.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Subdivision; Advertisements and Postings of Meals and Rooms Prices. Amend RSA 78-A by inserting after section 26 the following new subdivision:
Advertisements and Postings of Meals and Rooms Prices
78-A:27 Advertisements and Postings of Meals and Rooms Taxes. All advertisements and postings of meals and rooms prices shall include the amount of meals and rooms tax which will be charged in each price displayed.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
