HOUSE BILL 1103
AN ACT relative to the number of motor vehicle dealer plates.

This bill provides that motor vehicle dealers shall, upon approval of their retail vehicle dealer registration application by the department of motor vehicles, receive 3 dealer registration plates.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand
AN ACT relative to the number of motor vehicle dealer plates.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Paragraph; Dealer Plates to be Issued. Amend RSA 261:103 by inserting after paragraph II the following new paragraph:
III. Upon approval, the department shall issue to the applicant 3 dealer registration plates, to be used pursuant to RSA 261:111.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
