HB 560-FN - FISCAL NOTE
AN ACT relative to the suspension or revocation of youth operator's licenses.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The Department of Safety stated this bill will decrease state revenue by an indeterminable amount in FY 2000 and each year thereafter. There will be no fiscal impact on county and local revenue or state, county and local expenditures.
METHODOLOGY:
The Department cannot determine how many non-moving violations will occur to how many persons under 20 years of age, and therefor cannot determine how much in license reinstatement fees will be lost.
