FISCAL IMPACT:

METHODOLOGY:

The Commission assumes charging $1.00 for each of the 1,000 harassment manuals issues, resulting in $1,000 annually in revenue. In addition, the Commission will recoup $500 in FY 2000 and $835 in FY 2001 for travel expenses. Finally, the Commission anticipates offering 100 programs per year and assumes a $100 charge per training program, which would generate $10,000 annually.
