It shall be the duty of the Committee on Judiciary to consider all matters relating to the judicial system, right-to-know law, guardianships, life and death (such as abortion or assisted death), landlord/tenant rights, civil proceedings, tort law, forfeiture, immunity, and probate; and such other matters as may be referred to it.

Personal Biography
Representative Alexander is currently serving his fourth term representing the town of Goffstown.

Joe earned his Bachelor's degree in Politics from Saint Anselm College and his Master's degree in Public Policy from the University of New Hampshire's Carsey School of Public Policy.

Joe also serves on the Goffstown Budget Committee as Chairman.
