It shall be the duty of the Committee on Fish and Game and Marine Resources to consider all matters concerning conservation, improvement and preservation of fish, game and non-game species and marine resources within the state; and such other matters as may be referred to it.

Personal Biography
Representative Durkin grew up in Londonderry and graduated from Trinity High School in Manchester.

Sean played varsity football for Trinity and was selected to represent the state of New Hampshire in the Shrine Maple Sugar Bowl.

For the past 40 years, Sean has owned his own company as a custom home builder throughout the east coast.

He has received numerous nationwide accolades for many of his projects.

Outside of work, his hobbies include hiking, fishing, skiing, kayaking, paddle boarding, and taking his Bronco off- road.

Sean is an avid bow hunter and enjoys 3-D archery competitions and spending time at the gun range. He lives in Lancaster with his wife and their Rottweilers.
Local Government Involvement
Sean is a member of the Planning Board. He regularly attends Selectman meetings across all of Coos 1. He is a member of the Fish & Game Committee. This is Sean's second term, but first full term, as he won in a special election in 2024 to replace Troy Merner.
