Committee Name: Labor, Industrial and Rehabilitative ServicesPosition: Chair
Committee Function:It shall be the duty of the Committee on Labor, Industrial and Rehabilitative Services to consider all matters relating to labor, wages, and workers' compensation including unemployment compensation and incentive programs, collective bargaining and binding arbitration; matters relating to job retraining and employee rehabilitative services and other matters relating to balancing the rights of employees to the needs of the industrial sector; and such other matters as may be referred to it.
Personal Biography
Jim was elected to the New Hampshire State Legislature for his third term as the
representative for Hillsborough County District 30 in November, 2024. He now serves
as the Vice-Chairman for the Environment and Agriculture Committee. His platform is
to grow the economy, reduce taxes, strengthen education performance, improve
healthcare access and cost, and assist Veterans.
Jim owns two businesses which focus on leadership and outdoor adventures. He is on
the Crotched Mountain Ski Patrol and is the author of, "Coalition Leadership,"
published in 2024.
Jim is married to Lieutenant Colonel (Retired) Tamasine Wood-Creighton and they
have two grown daughters.
