Personal Biography
My career has been in health care and medical device management to include over
33 years as U.S Army Medical Services Corps officer, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel
in 2009. Led troop units in the 7th and 1st Infantry Divisions, served as a Comptroller
in the 18th Medical Command in Korea, served as the Deputy Program Manager for
the DOD Telemedicine Testbed, and established the Consolidated Fielding Center as
Senior Mentor to the Afghanistan National Army.
Worked as a Project/Product Manager for multiple global Medical Device
Manufacturers. Expertise includes healthcare, finance, IT, privacy, project
management, medical device product management, telemedicine, budgeting and
manpower management.
