Committee Function:It shall be the duty of the Committee on Public Works and Highways to consider all matters pertaining to the development and repair of public highways; the Highway Fund; the Turnpike Fund; buildings and capital construction; the capital budget; matters pertaining to state bonding authority; capital expenditures related to the improvement and preservation of the coastline; the care of state memorials and monuments; and such other matters as may be referred to it.
Personal Biography
I served in Air Force Intelligence as a code breaker. For forty years I was a small
business owner in New Hampshire of a construction company and a discount store. I
am married and have four children and seven grandchildren.
Local Government Involvement
I have run for school board - unsuccessfully. I am a community member of the
Chamber of Commerce, Vice Chair of the Greater Hillsborough Republican Town
Committee, and a member of the American Legion.
