Personal Biography
Coming from a family with roots in NH going back to 1796, I have lived in in the Monadnock Region, near Nashua, in the state's largest city, and near the seacoast. I graduated from Monadnock Regional HS and Keene State College and studied at the U of Maine for graduate school. I served in the USAF from 1966-70 as a weather observer and that training sparked a life-long interest in weather and climate. I worked primarily as a computer industry journalist and technical communicator before retirement. As an outdoorsman, I have climbed the New England 100-highest peaks. My wife and I have lived in Epping since 2008. My son and his family, including three granddaughters, live in Deerfield.
