Personal Biography
I have lived in Derry since 1994 and have served my community as an assistant Girl Scout leader, Derry Public Library Trustee and president of the Derry Lion's Club. I have two children and homeschooled both until high school.

I am a graduate of Northeast Regional Vocational and Technical High School, Wakefield, Massachusetts, where I was the first female to graduate from the machine shop program in 1988. I studied music and worked as a musical instrument maker for many years. I am also a 2014 graduate of The American College of History and Legal Studies, Salem, NH, where I studied American history and the history of American foreign relations.

I am serving my fifth term in the New Hampshire house of representatives and have previously been assigned to the Labor, Industrial Services and Rehabilitation Committee for one term and for three terms to the Election Law Committee. I have two dogs and one cat, all of whom were adopted from The Manchester Animal Shelter and The Salem Animal Rescue League.

My hobbies are reading, chess, hiking, cross-country skiing and just being outside as much as possible in our incredibly beautiful state whenever I can be.
