To All Members of the House, Please support this amendment to our state constitution. The income tax is another trojan horse revenue source for our representatives to rape us of our hard earned dollars. As an aggregate of taxes it will still cost the taxpayer the same amount. Our taxes will not magically be reduced. Instead of coming from one pot it will come from two. An income tax also would be an un-noticed [to the taxpayer] opportunity for our government to continue the out of control spending. We do not elect representatives to take our taxpayer dollars to redistribute to others. We are not producers here to benefit the consumers. We accept TEMPORARY assistance for those in need but it should be short term and not become a way of life. The handouts end there. We need to make all people responsible for their themselves and not the burden of others. As individuals we all have the opportunity to fail or succeed. The outcome is a result of the choice(s) the individual makes. The state should be collecting just enough taxpayer money to operate the State of New Hampshire for all to enjoy.
