I am strongly opposed to this bill because it does not adequately address consumer protection, Will create inconsistency across the healthcare system, and it will exacerbate workforce shortages. The mental health provider community opposes this bill as do researchers who specialize in AI and mental health. This is simply not the right bill for this time.
