The language is this bill is extremely difficult to understand and figure out how, where, when and if it applies to NH companies, government entities and the work they do together. Bills affecting our local governments and NH businessess should be understandable to both parties without requiring everyone to hire lawyers to interpret. When an owner of a company affected by a bill is unable to interpret what the bill allows or doesn't allow the business owner it is not a useful bill. In fact it is a counterprodcutive bill. Bills should not require affected entitites to have to pay lawyers to translate them.
