This bill will not adequately protect consumers because it will not adequately regulate AI chatbots. It will create inconsistencies across healthcare systems because it does not clearly define which licensed professional are subject to the bill. It will create work force shortages because it is targeting the clinicians instead of the companies creating this software. It misplaces accountability on providers versus the developers of this software. It threatens access to care because it threatens funding to rural areas of NH. It disrupts research and innovation .
