This bill is discriminatory on its face and seeks only to alienate and humiliate non-cisgender people in a public setting, and to repress their ability self-express. Any claim that this bill would ensure the safety of all parties involved is misinformed at best and disingenuous at worst, as it would put affected non-cisgender identifying persons at greater risk of bullying and other forms of harm from potential malefactors present in these locker room settings.
