This bill is another example of the state legislature attempting to police the movements of trans people in New Hampshire, despite two separate Governors vetoing three similar bills already. It is problematic for trans people and cis gendered women alike in that is is a policing of women’s bodies. Across time this has led to greater rates of violence towards women. Vote ITL
