This bill is effectively opens a wide book banning in NH. This would be a travisty in "Live Free or Die" State. An Example: At the start of the 9th grade, my Biology Teacher send us home with our new Biology Text and told us to show our parents on one of the later chapters. The chapter was about the Biology of Human Reproduction. I believe it important that young teens understand these Biological processes, as they go through puperty. Yet under this bill, parents of a single student might complain about the text, asking the school district to reject the it. If SB434 is passed, I believe superintendents or their designee likely to overwhelmed with reviewing complaints, many of which may be specious. Is the General Court going to provide extra funding for school districts to deal with these complaints?
