CACR12 is unnecessary, short-sighted, and strangles future generations. It is a grand standing move. The Legislature continues to pass bills that benefit only wealthy citizens and corporations, while ignoring those who are overly burdened by property taxes. I'd prefer to not pay any taxes, but it is an unsustainable model.
