John D'Entremont | Oppose SB431

Parents in our district already have the right to inspect materials and collaborate with staff; we do not need the state to refine the mechanisms for penalizing teachers for "prohibited concepts" that remain poorly defined. I urge the Committee to vote Inexpedient to Legislate and instead support policies that empower local districts to foster open, honest, and inclusive learning environments without the threat of state-level litigation.
