The current version is a good first step, but it is too narrow. It does not yet protect everyday restrooms, locker rooms, showers, and changing areas for women, girls, or men and boys. I urge the committee to strengthen SB 459 so it fully protects safe, private, single-sex spaces based on biological sex for both sexes. Everyone deserves dignity and privacy.
