I strongly oppose this bill. It chips away at the protection of vulnerable Granite Staters from discrimination without demonstrating a clear need or justification for doing so. The proposed standard is inappropriately high, which will have a chilling effect on people seeking justice for discrimination. New Hampshire should not be restricting rights instead of protecting people.
