This bill represents another unfunded state mandate to local schools that does absolutely nothing to increase the education of students. It does pander to special interests, both liberal and conservative - do you really want school administrators responding to every inquiry that finds some offense in every representation of any religious or historical thought? It will require massively increased administration costs, the one cost everyone seeks to control. This bill would not only overload the school boards with everyone's concerns, but will spill over into the courts. Do not pass this bill. Thank you
