I'm deeply opposed to your making civil rights protections weaker. It's almost like you don't care about citizens and their rights. Oh wait, you don't. There is no good reason to do this. How does this help the average NH resident? It doesn't. It hurts those being discriminated against. Is that what you want NH to be known for?
