I am opposed to SB648 for the following reasons. All anyone needs is a VPN (Virtual Private Network) which are free these days; the individual visiting a pornographic website, their IP address is spoofed, and it doesn't look like the individual visiting the pornographic website is in New Hampshire. When the pornographic website is hosted outside of the USA (which a majority of them are). That pornographic website will not need to comply with this New Hampshire requirement.
