Dear Legislators, I would like you to consider opposing SB434. It would be burdensome for educators to continually update and post every single piece of educational material they use. More importantly, it would give one citizen the power to potentially derail education for a whole district if they could convince the superintendent some article that was used in class shouldn't have been used. Parents can already exempt their own child from certain materials, but it gives them far too much power to exempt the material for ALL students. Thank you for your service to NH.
